In-Process Inspections

We conduct regular checks for gram weight, neck finishes, taper and concavity, wall thickness, dimensions, leak testing, and appearance.

Internal Audits & Certifications

H3 is SQF and IMS certified. Our team conducts internal audits to support compliance and continuous improvement. We’re also willing to implement customer-specific quality requirements as partnerships grow.

Precision Equipment & Calibration

We believe in using the right tools for the job. Our scanning and measurement systems are calibrated to industry standards and enable rapid identification of any nonconformance before it becomes a problem.

AQL & Regulatory Compliance

We follow industry-standard Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) inspection methods. All raw materials are within the appropriate compliance and regulatory standards. Technical data sheets and certificates of compliance are available upon request.

Hot Fill PET Capabilities​

Precision Bottles for Demanding Hot Fill Applications

H3 Plastics has the expertise and equipment to produce high-performance PET containers designed specifically for hot fill applications. We support both Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) and Reheat Blow Molding (RHB) platforms to meet a range of product and production requirements.

We understand that hot fill isn’t just about the bottle—it’s about how the container performs under elevated temperatures, pressure changes, and real-world filling conditions. That’s why we work closely with customers to validate each bottle’s fit for your specific product, fill temperature, and line conditions.

Whether you’re launching a new SKU or transitioning from another supplier, our team ensures every detail is aligned for success—from wall thickness and panel design to performance under thermal and vacuum load.
